| Now that spring break has finally arrived, so does the realization that two months of school remain as soon as it ends. *sigh* Life is moving a little to fast for me nowadays. I do not wish to move out into the "real world" and yet there doesn't seem to be anything that I can do about it. The inevitable is soon to come. | Haven't updated in a long time so it's time for an update.
I finished reading the Harry Potter and the HBP yesterday. Took me three days to read when it should've been two. I just couldn't find a way to avoid distractions. I must say that I'm very sad about the ending. I probably would have cried if I hadn't read some spoilers that I saw on an HP site before I bought the book on Saturday. But my eyes were burning and my heart felt as if it were being squeezed as I read the ending of the book. However, my mom was in the living room at the time and I won't allow her to see me crying over a book. I wonder when my heart started to become soft that even books can bring me to tears. Must be old age because I used to have a heart of stone. I can't wait to read the final book in the Harry Potter series although I have to wonder if it will have a happy ending. I hope I will be able to attend the midnight release party when it comes out. I always wanted to do that. But for now I'm going to read the whole series again from book 1 to 6. What a great way to end the summer....
Anyways, went to school to pay for dues and yearbook. The start of Senior year is nearing. I didn't get to buy a regular school uniform because I have to support the Senior class and buy a class shirt. I like the design. Good job Pat. It was good seeing everyone again. I will see you all again when school starts on August 1. I will miss summer vacation though. Even if it is boring. |
